DISTRIBUTOR PRICES

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All your orders will be shipped looking for to satisfy the necessity of our client, and by the safest and more cost/efficient way. All shipments will be freight collect.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms for all orders received without prior credit approval are C.O.D. or will need to be Prepaid. Custom size Scenic Biofilter require prepayment or a deposit in advance, unless otherwise agreed. There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks. Payment is accepted in U.S. funds only.

RETURN POLICIES

Unused items only, with original box. All return items need a return authorization number before they can be picked up or shipped back. Please call for authorization prior to shipping returns. Credit will be given or merchandise will be exchanged at the discretion of Scenic Biofiltration Systems Inc.

DEFECTIVE FILTERS

The defective goods, after considerations of Scenic Biofiltration System Inc. will be repaired or reimbursed depending on the preliminary approval and the return authorization number. All the items should be sent back to Scenic Biofiltration System Inc. immediately. Items must be shipped freight prepaid, collect shipments will not be accepted.
